Kristy Fortman
Kristy Fortman recently started as the GIS Coordinator for the Sage Grouse Habitat Conservation Program at the DNRC. For the last 7 and a half years she worked at the Montana DEQ as a senior water quality planner. She recently took a sabbatical to serve as a Peace Corps Response Volunteer, working on a source water study with a municipality in Leyte, Philippines. Kristy also served as a Peace Corps volunteer for 2 years in Ecuador. She received her graduate degree in Geography from Miami University and her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Geography from the University of Colorado.
